We have created many successful television commercials ranging in length from a few seconds to several minutes as well as program-length infomercials. Advertisements of this sort have been used to sell every product imaginable over the years, from household products to goods and services, even political campaigns. We aim to generate sustained appeal with every commercial we create, which may remain in the minds of television viewers long after the span of the advertising campaign.

Everything under one roof and we deliver on time and on budget.

Promenade Bros Production Ltd has a new 1434 sq. ft. studio on-site available for rent just minutes from downtown Richmond. An economic alternative for Video & Photography shoots.
The space has a 8 ft. high ceiling, concrete hardwood floors, and about 670 sq dancing Studio. An adjacent green/blue backdrop is now also included, upon request. Amenities include a washroom, free high speed internet access, coffee, and ample visitorsŐ and parking. Several backdrops, stands, sand-bags and lighting equipment are available for rent at competitive rates.
Half day rentals are $300 (under 5 hours), or $480 for a full 10-hour day.
A minimum of 48-hours must be given for all cancellations or a 50% cancellation fee will apply. All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to tax and may change without notice.
Please note, our studio is not a sound stage although we do often shoot video with sound (you just have to be flexible in potentially doing the odd re-take due to outside noise). We encourage you to arrange a viewing to check it out for yourself, preferably with your sound person.

Promenade Bros Production Studios provides an affordable and inspiring media space for photographers and filmmakers. Our space can handle small to midsized productions. Whether you're shooting a short film, a music video, client headshots, commercials or product stills for your business website or catalogue, we have the space that can get the job done.
Our space is equipped with all of the necessary equipment to make your shoot run smoothly. We have seamless backdrops, professional lighting equipment, a post production studio, change-room / make-up room, washroom and a beautiful ambiance with lots of natural light filling our heritage building studio.
We are also conveniently located Downtown in Richmond which is located right in the middle of all amenities from coffee shops, restaurants, Sky train stops, clothing boutiques and parks. ??Best of all, we offer the most competitive price for value in all of Vancouver. We have hourly, half day and full day rates available.
Hourly rates: $38 / hour
Half day rates: $300 (9am-1pm or 2pm-6pm)
Full day rate: $480 (9-7)
After hour studio rental rates: (7pm - 2am) - $45 / additional hour
Lighting Kit Rental: $40 / hour ($120 for half day - $240 for full day)
Lighting assistant: $25 / hour ($80 for half day - $150 for full day)
Backdrop: $30 onetime fee ?Green-screen backdrop: $35 onetime fee
Digital SLR (still camera) rental fee: $50 / hour ($250 for half day - $350 for full day)
HD Video Camera rental: $70 / hour ($240 for half day - $450 for full day)
HD tapes: Cost is $28 each (or bring your own)
SD tapes: Cost is $10 each (or bring your own)
Prices are all per hour and do not include HST. Any cleaning required is charged at $50/hour.
